Personal Experience
I care deeply about community-led development, and I am driven by impact and directly challenging norms within the development sector. I have rich experience of over 10 years in project management, shared-value partnerships, and in setting organizational strategies that are realistic, practical, and simple.
Currently i am the program manager for the Training and skills for Kenyan Micro-Entrepreneurs project, an initiative by a Belgium NGO, ACTEC (Association for Cultural, Technical and Educational Cooperation) and ISBI @ Strathmore Business School aimed at unlocking the potential of small businesses in Kenya through training, coaching and mentoring.
I have served in various leadership positions from Business Development, Operations, Program and project Coordination in various organizations from Strathmore Business School, Ronaldâs East Africa, I&m Bank, Faulu Bank among others.
I also possess Governance experience having served in Various Boards among them Oasis Healthcare Group where I serve as an independent Director and Chair of the Finance and Administration Committee, Abraham Lincoln Initiative where I serve as an Advisory Board Member and Fresh Cut Foundation where I serve as a member of the Board among others.
