What you get: we assess the feasibility of the idea and compare the available options in terms of cost, risk and expected returns. You receive a concise report and a briefing for your leadership team or board. We then discuss the findings with your team to help you make an informed decision.
Strategy and Performance Review
When you need it: your results are falling behind expectations, a mid-term or end-term review is due, or you need to take a fresh look at your organisation’s direction and progress.
What you get: we examine your results and look into the reasons behind them. You get a clear view of what is working, where progress is falling short and what may need to change. We present our findings and recommendations for your leadership team to consider.
Strategic Plan Development
When you need it: your current plan is coming to an end, no longer reflects your organisation’s direction, or your board has asked for a new one.
What you get: we build the plan with your team and stakeholders. Their views and the evidence shape the choices it makes. Your board then reviews and approves it. You also receive an implementation matrix and an M&E framework, with agreed review points to track progress and adjust as things change.
